Dennis Van Sickle
Biography
Dennis was born and raised in Thunder Bay and is a graduate of Sir Winston Churchill High School. In 2003, he obtained his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario, graduating on the Dean’s List.
In 2006, Dennis enrolled at Western Law. At law school Dennis served as a student editor for the Canadian Journal of Law and Jurisprudence and served with Western’s legal clinic. In 2009, he graduated from Western Law and received the Brad Hodgson Civil Litigation Award, as the student registered in the Clinical Legal Education Program showing the greatest potential for success as a practitioner in the area of Civil Litigation.
Dennis’ main areas of practice are Civil Litigation and Labour/Employment law; although, he routinely deals with Corporate/Commercial and Family Law matters.
Dennis was called to the Ontario bar on June 16, 2010.
